This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of Chatcuzzi (chatcuzzi.com), a live social video platform operated by Chatcuzzi. By creating an account or using any part of Chatcuzzi — including our live video rooms, messaging features, VIP membership, and social profile tools — you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Chatcuzzi.
We use Stripe to process payments for VIP memberships and other platform features. Your use of any paid features is also subject to Stripe's Services Agreement and Stripe's Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Who Can Use Chatcuzzi
Chatcuzzi is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use any feature of this platform. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe a user is under 18.
2. What Chatcuzzi Is For
Chatcuzzi is a live social video platform for adults to connect, hang out, and meet new people through live video chatrooms. Paid features like VIP membership unlock platform enhancements — additional photos, priority features, and expanded social tools — within this context.
Chatcuzzi is not a content marketplace, adult content platform, or subscription content service. Payments on Chatcuzzi are for platform membership only, not for access to content created by other users.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Chatcuzzi. Violation may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to authorities.
3a. Illegal Activity
- Using Chatcuzzi to facilitate, promote, or engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
- Distributing, selling, or promoting illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized financial activity
- Violating export controls, sanctions, or trade restrictions
3b. Sexual Content Involving Minors
- Any sexual content, solicitation, or grooming involving minors is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement
- Do not misrepresent your age or the age of anyone else on the platform
3c. Harassment and Abuse
- Threatening, harassing, or intimidating other users
- Targeted harassment campaigns, hate speech, or content designed to demean users based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or national origin
- Doxxing — sharing private personal information about another user without their consent
- Stalking or following users across the platform after they have blocked or reported you
3d. Spam and Fraud
- Creating fake accounts, impersonating other users or public figures, or misrepresenting your identity
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages, phishing links, or scam content
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with other users without disclosure
- Chargeback fraud — initiating chargebacks for genuine purchases
3e. Harmful or Dangerous Content
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or instructs self-harm or suicide
- Content that promotes, recruits for, or incites violence, terrorism, or extremist activity
- Distributing malware, viruses, or engaging in any form of cyberattack
3f. Intellectual Property Violations
- Sharing copyrighted content you do not own or have a license to share
- Using Chatcuzzi's brand, logo, or name in unauthorized ways
3g. Human Trafficking, Sexual Exploitation, and Non-Consensual Content
- Human trafficking or sex trafficking of any kind — including recruiting, soliciting, transporting, or harboring any person for exploitation
- Sexual exploitation of any person, including solicitation, advertising, or facilitation of commercial sexual services
- Sexual violence of any kind, including content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies rape or sexual assault
- Non-consensual intimate content — sharing, distributing, or threatening to distribute intimate images or video of another person without their explicit consent
- Coercing, deceiving, or forcing any person into sexual activity or exploitative situations
- Using Chatcuzzi to coordinate, advertise, or profit from any of the above
Violations of this section will result in immediate permanent account termination and will be reported to the National Human Trafficking Hotline, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), and relevant law enforcement. If you or someone you know is a victim of human trafficking, call 1-888-373-7888.
4. Payment and Billing Rules
All payments on Chatcuzzi are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
- You must provide accurate billing information. Providing false payment information is prohibited.
- VIP membership fees are for access to enhanced platform features, not for content created by other users.
- Initiating chargebacks for purchases you genuinely made is considered fraud and may result in account suspension.
- Chatcuzzi does not facilitate peer-to-peer payments, tipping, gifting, or any financial transactions between users.
- You may not use Chatcuzzi to solicit money, gifts, or payment from other users in any form.
5. Camera and Microphone Use
Chatcuzzi is a live video platform. When you use your camera or microphone:
- You are responsible for everything visible and audible in your broadcast
- Do not broadcast nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
- Do not broadcast the likeness of another person without their consent
Private 1-on-1 cam is currently unavailable while additional safety controls are being implemented.
6. Dating Layer
Chatcuzzi includes optional dating features. When using these features:
- All standard rules in this Policy apply equally to dating interactions
- Do not misrepresent yourself, your age, or your intentions
- Respect blocks and reports — continuing to contact someone who has blocked or reported you is prohibited
- Chatcuzzi dating features are strictly for adults. Attempting to use these features to contact minors is prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement
7. Enforcement
Chatcuzzi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of this Policy, with or without prior notice. For serious violations — particularly anything involving minors, fraud, or illegal activity — we will preserve records and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
We may also remove content, restrict features, or take other action short of termination at our discretion.
8. Reporting Violations
You can report violations directly in the app using the Report button on any profile or in any room. For urgent safety concerns, contact us at shindigsupport@gmail.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of Chatcuzzi after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
